DOMESTIC SHIPPING: US orders ship via USPS. Allow up to 72 hours for processing and 3-7 business days for delivery. Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer shipping times. No P.O. boxes, please.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders ship via USPS. Delivery is typically 7-14 business days, possibly up to 20 or more. You'll receive tracking with your shipping confirmation, and local carriers complete delivery.
RETURNS: Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: While we indicate availability, immediate delivery isn't guaranteed. We may revise or discontinue products without notice. In such cases, we may ship similar items or cancel your order.

By participating in the Program, you agree to receive auto-dialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that alter, change, or modify the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT keyword commands, such as the use of different spellings or the addition of other words or phrases to the command, and agree that ByLambo.com and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
